I found in Windows 10 event log information about reason. Faulting application name: MediaBuilder. No changes. In every version is the same problem. This problem we send to Acronis Support and was not solved during last half year based on ticket Our all drives are OK with no error.
No errors. Have you tried uninstalling DD and using the cleanup tool to remove all traces of the program and then reinstalling? Have you tried installing DD on another computer? Have you tried making both Linux and WinPE media? Yes I tried uninstalling DD and using the cleanup tool to remove all traces of the program and then reinstalling. I didn't triedit to install DD on other computers or other OS.
No time for this. I don't know how react Acronis licensing for this. On this computer we had many expensive software which are very sensitive for licencing so recovering from backup and making changes are not easy and internet need to be disconnected It's not possible. Probably after some Windows 10 update it crashed.
